QQ 的果冻

Instant Jelly

Make Approximately 8 pcs using pattern jelly mould

Ingredients:
Plain Water 200g

Coast Sugar 60g
Instant Jelly 12g or 4 teaspoon
Condensed Milk 4 teaspoon


Method:
1. Combined water, sugar and instant jelly in a bowl.

2. Then, use small fire indirectly cook until all sugar and instant jelly completely dissolve. Meanwhile, must stir it to prevent burnt. ( can use direct heating to make dissolve faster but may easily get burnt)
3. After that, off the fire and add in condensed milk, stir it until the mixture turn cloudy.
4. Now add in colouring and stir till combine.
5. Lastly, pour into jelly mould and left for 10 minutes to cool or slightly harden (use you finger to touch the jelly surface, a bit hard). Put into refrigerator to harden and enjoy.

* if want to add in fruit, put fruits in the jelly mould before pour in jelly.



果冻


用果冻模大约能做 8 粒

材料:
普通水 200克
粗糖 60克
快速这里 12克 或 4 茶匙
炼奶 4 茶匙


做法:
1. 将水,糖和快速这里粉混合。
2. 然后用小火隔水煮至糖和快速这里溶解。要时常搅拌避免烧焦。(可以直接煮让糖和快速这里比较快溶解但是很容易烧焦)
3. 之后,关火再加入炼奶搅至混合料慢慢地变米色。
4. 加入颜色搅至混合。
5. 最后,倒入果冻模待10分钟后或有点凝结(用手指轻轻动果冻表面,扎实就可以了)。放入冰箱冻至全硬就好了。
* 如果要加入水果,就要先放水果果冻模里后才倒入
