辞职后，呆在家没事做……

想到了瑞士卷， 就做了2种。

其一 → 想试试看做 Yumeiro Patissiere 里的 

Angel and Demon Roll Cake

 

可是不知道中间是挟什么东西所以用了Ganache 来代替。

 

其二 → 家里有蓝莓果酱，就做了简单的 Blueberry Swissroll 中间挟着蓝莓慕斯。
