今天是哥哥的21 岁生日，我做了一粒 1 kg 的生日蛋糕送给他。 ^~^

里面我夹了黑樱桃、

还有蓝梅~

蛋糕呢~有两种口味~

马尼拉

巧克力

21岁生日送钥匙生日蛋糕是最好不过了。

因为钥匙可以开启通往人生的一扇门，
隐喻着21岁的我们已经长大了，
自由了，
已经是成人了。

当我烘的时候，
蛋糕的中间突然胀起来。。。
接着就是……
……
~
‘火山酱’ 爆了出来。。

有的没有爆可能是‘死火山’吧！

看起来很像很好吃呢！

那不知蓝莓和葡萄凑在一起能做成什么蛋糕呢？

今天

我就试试把

蓝莓酱

和

葡萄干

凑在一起， 做成了


蓝莓葡萄卷。

那蛋糕的口感很软~

很润湿。。。

咬下去时，

浓浓的蓝莓酱的香味散发出来

还有那葡萄干

但。。。
是甜了一点

下次还是减糖

比较好 ^.^

Australia Rich Fruit Cake

      After few times i tried, finally.......
i success to make this fruit cake using 9 inches tin with 1 kg of mix fruit.

It is moist and yummy.

 &

The most important is the fruit I had soaked in Rhum for whole days bring out the fragrance of this fruit cake.

My Grandma's Birthday is coming~ She is 85 years old but still very very healthy....
